Differences between somatic and gametic embryogenesis
कायिक व युग्मकीय भ्रूण में अन्तर (Differences between somatic and gametic embryogenesis):-
1. परिचय (Introduction):-
· भ्रूणजनन (Embryogenesis):- एकल भ्रूणजनित कोशिका से भ्रूण के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया को भ्रूणजनन कहते हैं। भ्रूणजनित कोशिका एक जाइगोट हो सकता है अथवा एक अविभेदित कैलस कोशिका हो सकती है।
(Embryogenesis is the process of embryo formation from a single embryogenic cell. The embryogenic cell may be a zygote or may be an undifferentiated callus cell.)
· जाइगोटिक भ्रूण या युग्मकीय भ्रूण (Zygotic Embryo or Gametic Embryo):-
ऐसा भ्रूण जो जाइगोट से विकसित होता है, जाइगोटिक भ्रूण कहलाता है। जाइगोट युग्मकों के संलयन से बनता है। इसलिए ऐसे भ्रूण को युग्मकीय भ्रूण भी कहते हैं।
(An embryo that develops from a zygote is called a zygotic embryo. The zygote is formed by the fusion of gametes. Therefore, such an embryo is also called as zygotic embryo.)
· कायिक भ्रूण (Somatic Embryo):- ऐसा भ्रूण जो कैलस की अविभेदित कायिक कोशिका से विकसित होता है, कायिक भ्रूण कहलाता है।
(An embryo that develops from an undifferentiated somatic cell of the callus is called a somatic embryo.)
