Origin (उत्पत्ति):- Brinjal, also known as eggplant, is believed to have originated in India. It has been cultivated in the Indian subcontinent for over 2,000 years.

(बैंगन, जिसे एगप्लांट भी कहते हैं, की उत्पत्ति भारत में मानी जाती है। भारत में इसे 2,000 वर्षों से अधिक समय से उगाया जा रहा है।)

Area of Cultivation (कृषि का क्षेत्र):- In India, brinjal is grown in various states, with major production areas including West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.

(भारत में बैंगन विभिन्न राज्यों में उगाया जाता है, प्रमुख उत्पादन क्षेत्र हैं पश्चिम बंगाल, आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक, तमिल नाडु, ओडिशा, और उत्तर प्रदेश।)

Climate (जलवायु):- Brinjal thrives in warm climates. It requires a temperature range of 20-30°C. It can tolerate temperatures up to 35°C but suffers in temperatures below 10°C. It grows well in regions with moderate to high humidity.

(बैंगन गर्म जलवायु में अच्छा उगता है। इसे 20-30°C के तापमान की आवश्यकता होती है। यह 35°C तक के तापमान को सहन कर सकता है लेकिन 10°C से नीचे के तापमान में परेशानी होती है। यह मध्यम से उच्च आर्द्रता वाले क्षेत्रों में अच्छा उगता है।)
