Government policy and programs for entrepreneurship development (उद्यमिता विकास के लिए सरकारी नीति एवं कार्यक्रम):- Entrepreneurship development in India has been a major focus of the government, especially in recent years, to promote innovation, job creation, and economic growth. Various policies and programs have been introduced to create an enabling ecosystem for startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. 
(भारत में उद्यमिता विकास के लिए सरकार ने हाल के वर्षों में नवाचार, रोजगार सृजन और आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से कई नीतियाँ और कार्यक्रम शुरू किए हैं। स्टार्टअप्स, छोटे व्यवसायों और उद्यमियों के लिए एक अनुकूल वातावरण बनाने के लिए कई पहलें की गई हैं। यहाँ कुछ प्रमुख सरकारी पहलों का विस्तृत विवरण दिया गया है:)
i. Startup India (स्टार्टअप इंडिया):- Launched in 2016, this initiative aims to build a strong ecosystem to nurture innovation and startups. 
(2016 में शुरू की गई इस पहल का उद्देश्य नवाचार और स्टार्टअप्स को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए एक मजबूत इकोसिस्टम तैयार करना है।)
Key features (प्रमुख विशेषताएँ):-
Simplification of the startup process (स्टार्टअप पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया सरल बनाना):- Startups can register through a mobile app and website, simplifying legal, financial, and regulatory processes.
(स्टार्टअप्स मोबाइल ऐप और वेबसाइट के माध्यम से पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं, जिससे कानूनी, वित्तीय और नियामक प्रक्रियाओं को सरल बनाया गया है।)
Tax Benefits (कर लाभ):- Startups are eligible for income tax exemption for three consecutive years out of their first ten years since incorporation. They are also exempt from capital gains tax if the proceeds are invested in the fund of funds or other specified assets.
(स्टार्टअप्स को अपनी स्थापना के पहले दस वर्षों में से तीन लगातार वर्षों के लिए आयकर से छूट मिलती है। यदि पूंजीगत लाभ को फ़ंड ऑफ़ फ़ंड्स या अन्य निर्दिष्ट संपत्तियों में निवेश किया जाता है, तो उन्हें पूंजीगत लाभ कर से भी छूट दी जाती है।)
Self-Certification (स्व-प्रमाणन):- Startups can self-certify compliance with nine labor and environment laws.
(स्टार्टअप्स नौ श्रम और पर्यावरण कानूनों का स्व-प्रमाणन कर सकते हैं।)
