Adult Fly (वयस्क मक्खी):-
Size (आकार):- About 6-8 mm in length.
(लगभग 6-8 मिमी लंबी।)
Color (रंग):- Reddish-yellow body with distinct dark brown bands on transparent wings.
(लाल-पीले रंग का शरीर, पारदर्शी पंखों पर गहरे भूरे रंग की धारियाँ।)
Wings (पंख):- Hyaline (transparent) with brown infuscation at the tips.

Thorax (वक्ष):- Yellowish with a black spot on the scutellum.
