Geographical Range (भौगोलिक सीमा):- Thrips tabaci is distributed globally, including India. It is one of the most common thrips species affecting a wide range of crops in temperate and tropical regions.

Identification (पहचान):-
Adult Size (वयस्क आकार):- 1-2 mm in length. (1-2 मिमी लंबाई में।)
Colour (रंग):- Pale yellow to light brown. (पीले से हल्का भूरा।)
Wings (पंख):- Narrow, fringed wings that are often folded back over the body.
(संकीर्ण, झाड़ीदार पंख जो अक्सर शरीर पर पीछे की ओर मुड़े रहते हैं।)
Nymphs (निम्फ):- Wingless and lighter in color, typically pale white to yellow.
