Understanding Self-Esteem (आत्म-सम्मान को समझना):- Self-esteem is the subjective evaluation of one’s worth or abilities. i. Self-Acceptance (स्व-स्वीकृति):- Embrace who you are, flaws and all. Write down both your strengths and weaknesses, acknowledging that they are parts of your unique makeup. This list can serve as a grounding exercise and help normalize imperfections.
