Classification of industries (उध्योगों का वर्गीकरण):-
i. Classification Based upon Raw Materials (कच्चे माल के आधार पर वर्गीकरण):-
Agro-Based Industries (कृषि आधारित उध्योग):- These industries use agricultural products as their primary raw materials. Examples include textiles (cotton, jute), sugar, vegetable oil, tea, and coffee industries.
[ये उध्योग मुख्य रूप से कृषि उत्पादों को कच्चे माल के रूप में उपयोग करते हैं। उदाहरणों में वस्त्र (कपास, जूट), चीनी, वनस्पति तेल, चाय और कॉफी उध्योग शामिल हैं।]
Mineral-Based Industries (खनिज आधारित उध्योग):- These depend on minerals as raw materials and include the iron and steel industry, aluminum smelting, and cement industries.
