Culture concept (संस्कृति अवधारणा):-
Culture (संस्कृति):-
> Learned behaviour, which has been organized into patterns and is shared and transmitted among the members of society, is known as culture. 
(सीखा हुआ व्यवहार, जिसे पैटर्न में व्यवस्थित किया गया है और समाज के सदस्यों के बीच साझा और प्रसारित किया जाता है, संस्कृति के रूप में जाना जाता है।)
> Sociologists have developed the concept of culture in order to explain the regularity in human actions.
(मानव कार्यों में नियमितता को समझाने के लिए समाजशास्त्रियों ने संस्कृति की अवधारणा विकसित की है।)
> Culture is a way of life, mode of thinking, acting and feeling.
(संस्कृति जीवन जीने का एक तरीका, सोचने का तरीका, कार्य करने और महसूस करने का तरीका है।)
> Culture refers to the distinct way of life of a group of people, a complete design of living.
(संस्कृति का तात्पर्य लोगों के समूह के विशिष्ट जीवन जीने के तरीके, जीवन जीने की एक संपूर्ण रूपरेखा से है।)
> According to Tylor culture is the complex whole, which includes knowledge, belief, art, moral, law, customs and any other capability and habits acquired by them as members of society.
(टायलर के अनुसार संस्कृति एक जटिल समग्रता है, जिसमें ज्ञान, विश्वास, कला, नैतिकता, कानून, रीति-रिवाज और समाज के सदस्यों के रूप में उनके द्वारा अर्जित कोई अन्य क्षमता और आदतें शामिल हैं।)
> The study of culture helps to understand the behaviour of people in different parts of the world. The desired change cannot be successfully brought about without clear comprehension of the concept of culture. Extension worker should have knowledge of elements of culture that are important in relation to his work.
(संस्कृति के अध्ययन से विश्व के विभिन्न भागों में लोगों के व्यवहार को समझने में मदद मिलती है। संस्कृति की अवधारणा की स्पष्ट समझ के बिना वांछित परिवर्तन सफलतापूर्वक नहीं लाया जा सकता। विस्तार कार्यकर्ता को संस्कृति के उन तत्वों का ज्ञान होना चाहिए जो उसके काम के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण हैं।)
Ethnocentrism (प्रजातिकेंद्रिकता):- Ethnocentrism refers to the preferential feeling we have for the way we do things in our culture. We presume that ours is the best of all cultures and the way we do things is the right way to do them. This is common characteristic we find among the people of all cultures. This influences the extension activities some times, which we have to understand and safeguard.
(प्रजातिकेंद्रिकता से तात्पर्य उस अधिमान्य भावना से है जो हम अपनी संस्कृति में काम करने के तरीके के प्रति रखते हैं। हम मानते हैं कि हमारी संस्कृतियाँ सभी संस्कृतियों में सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं और हम जिस तरह से काम करते हैं वही उन्हें करने का सही तरीका है। यह सामान्य विशेषता है जो हम सभी संस्कृतियों के लोगों में पाते हैं। यह कभी-कभी विस्तार गतिविधियों को प्रभावित करता है, जिसे हमें समझना होगा और सुरक्षित रखना होगा।)
