Developing organizational skill (Supervising) [संगठनात्मक कौशल विकसित करना (पर्यवेक्षण)]:- Developing organizational skills, especially supervising skills, is crucial in any professional setting, and in India, these skills are essential for effective management in various sectors. 
[भारत में प्रबंधकीय कौशल (सुपरवाइजिंग) विकसित करना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि ये विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रभावी प्रबंधन के लिए आवश्यक हैं।]
i. Understanding Supervisory Roles and Responsibilities (सुपरवाइजरी भूमिका और जिम्मेदारियों की समझ):-
Role Clarity (भूमिका की स्पष्टता):- Supervisors need to understand their key responsibilities, including planning, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. Clarity of roles helps in setting appropriate expectations for themselves and their team.
