i. Research and Project Planning (अनुसंधान और परियोजना योजना):-
Feasibility Study (व्यवहार्यता अध्ययन):- Conduct a feasibility study, which involves market research, identifying the demand for the product, assessing raw material availability, technology requirements, and financial viability.

Project Report (परियोजना रिपोर्ट):- Prepare a detailed project report covering the project’s scope, financial projections, and technical requirements. The report is essential for acquiring government approvals and seeking financial assistance.

Choose Business Structure (व्यवसाय संरचना का चयन करें):- Decide on the type of business entity, such as a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership (LLP), or private limited company. The structure chosen affects the tax, liability, and procedural aspects.
