Global Distribution (वैश्विक वितरण):- Citrus psylla is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the world, including Southeast Asia, South Asia, and parts of the Americas.

India (भारत):- In India, Diaphorina citri is present in almost all citrus-growing regions such as Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

Identification (पहचान):-
Adult (वयस्क):- Citrus psylla adults are about 3–4 mm long with a brownish body. The wings are transparent with a smoky band and are held roof-like over the body. They have red or black eyes.
(सिट्रस साइल्ला के वयस्क लगभग 3-4 मिमी लंबे होते हैं, जिनका शरीर भूरा होता है। इनके पंख पारदर्शी होते हैं, जिन पर धुंधली पट्टी होती है, और वे शरीर पर छत की तरह फैले होते हैं। इनकी आँखें लाल या काली होती हैं।)
Nymphs (निम्फ):- Yellowish-orange to brownish in color and are found mostly on the young flush of citrus plants.
(ये पीले-नारंगी से भूरे रंग के होते हैं और ज्यादातर सिट्रस पौधों की नई कोमल पत्तियों पर पाए जाते हैं।)
Eggs (अंडे):- Eggs are small, bright yellow-orange, and usually laid in clusters on tender shoots and leaves.
(अंडे छोटे, चमकीले पीले-नारंगी रंग के होते हैं और आमतौर पर कोमल टहनियों और पत्तियों पर गुच्छों में दिए जाते हैं।)
