Introduction (परिचय):-

Scientific Name (वैज्ञानिक नाम):- Dictyla gossypii

Order (गण):- Hemiptera (हेमिप्टेरा)

Family (कुल):- Tingidae (टिंगिडी)

Distribution (वितरण):-

> The Hollyhock Tinged Bug is found in various parts of India, particularly in regions where hollyhocks are grown as ornamental plants.

(हॉलीहॉक टिंगड बग भारत के विभिन्न हिस्सों में पाया जाता है, विशेष रूप से उन क्षेत्रों में जहाँ सजावटी पौधे जैसे हॉलीहॉक उगाए जाते हैं।)

> Its presence has also been recorded in other countries in Asia and some tropical and subtropical regions.

(यह एशिया के अन्य देशों और कुछ उष्णकटिबंधीय और उपोष्णकटिबंधीय क्षेत्रों में भी पाया गया है।)

Identification (पहचान):-

Appearance (दृश्यता):-

> Adults are small, measuring around 2-3 mm in length.

(वयस्क छोटे होते हैं, लगभग 2-3 मिमी लंबे।)

> The body is delicate, with a flattened shape and a lace-like appearance, common to the Tingidae family.

(शरीर नाजुक होता है, चपटा होता है और जालीदार (lace-like) संरचना वाला होता है, जो टिंगिडी कुल के कीटों की खासियत है।)

> They have wings that are transparent with a tinged or reticulated pattern.

(पंख पारदर्शी होते हैं और उनमें हल्की जालीदार आकृति होती है।)

Nymphs (निम्फ):-

> The immature stages are wingless, smaller, and have a more rounded shape with visible spines on their bodies.

(अपरिपक्व अवस्थाएँ पंखविहीन होती हैं, आकार में छोटी और अधिक गोल होती हैं, और इनके शरीर पर स्पष्ट कांटे होते हैं।)

> They appear pale white or greenish at first, turning darker as they develop.

(प्रारंभ में यह हल्के सफेद या हरे रंग के होते हैं, और विकास के साथ गहरे रंग में बदल जाते हैं।)
