Concept (अवधारणा):-
> A leader is someone who leads, inspires, or governs others. In other words, he or she has a sizeable following and has significant influence over that following. 
(नेता वह होता है जो दूसरों का नेतृत्व करता है, प्रेरित करता है या उन पर शासन करता है। दूसरे शब्दों में, उसके पास बड़ी संख्या में अनुयायी होते हैं और उस अनुयायी पर उसका महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव होता है।)
> He or she has the ability to organise their behaviour in order to achieve their interests and objectives.
(उसमें अपने हितों और उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने व्यवहार को व्यवस्थित करने की क्षमता होती है।)
> Leadership is the result of a collective action. 
(नेतृत्व सामूहिक कार्यवाही का परिणाम है।)
> It is an interactive process. While a leader and his followers are both individuals. 
(यह एक इंटरैक्टिव प्रक्रिया है। जबकि एक नेता और उसके अनुयायी दोनों व्यक्ति होते हैं।)
> A continuous course of action involving many elements that interact with one another is referred to as a process.

> A rural leader is the one who can inspire, persuade, influence and motivate useful changes.

> Bringing about change is a critical goal because most improvements demand a departure from routine ways.

> A rural leader creates a vision for others and then directs them towards achieving that.
