Management functions: Roles and activities, Organization culture (प्रबंधन कार्य: भूमिकाएँ और गतिविधियाँ, संगठन संस्कृति):- Management functions, roles, activities, and organizational culture are essential components of any successful organization, and understanding these concepts is crucial for effective management. 
(प्रबंधन कार्यों, भूमिकाओं, गतिविधियों और संगठनात्मक संस्कृति का समझना किसी भी संगठन की सफलता के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। )
Management Functions (प्रबंधन कार्य):- The traditional functions of management are often classified into the following categories:
(प्रबंधन के पारंपरिक कार्यों को निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों में वर्गीकृत किया जाता है:)
i. Planning (योजना बनाना):- Establishing goals, objectives, and action plans for the organization. In India, planning often involves strategic foresight, given the dynamic regulatory environment, diverse consumer base, and regional variances in preferences and requirements.
(संगठन के लक्ष्यों, उद्देश्यों, और क्रियान्वयन योजनाओं का निर्धारण करना। भारत में, योजना बनाना अक्सर दीर्घकालिक दृष्टि के साथ किया जाता है, क्योंकि यहां नियमों में बदलाव, उपभोक्ता की विविधता, और क्षेत्रीय मतभेद अक्सर पाए जाते हैं।)
ii. Organizing (संगठन करना):- Determining the allocation of resources, roles, and responsibilities to achieve the planned objectives. Indian organizations may have complex hierarchies due to regional branches and cross-functional teams.

iii. Leading (नेतृत्व करना):- Motivating and guiding employees to achieve organizational goals. Leadership styles in India can vary but often balance authority with an emphasis on relationship-building, respect, and consensus.
