Organic nutrient resources and its fortification (जैविक पोषक संसाधन और उनका संवर्धन):- Organic nutrient resources refer to naturally derived materials that provide essential nutrients to plants, improving soil fertility and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. 
(ऑर्गेनिक पोषक संसाधन ऐसे प्राकृतिक रूप से प्राप्त सामग्री हैं जो पौधों को आवश्यक पोषक तत्व प्रदान करती हैं, मृदा की उर्वरता को सुधारती हैं और टिकाऊ कृषि पद्धतियों को बढ़ावा देती हैं।)
Types of Organic Nutrient Resources (ऑर्गेनिक पोषक संसाधनों के प्रकार):-
i. Compost (खाद):- Decomposed organic matter from kitchen waste, plant residues, and animal manure that enriches the soil with nutrients.
(रसोई के अपशिष्ट, पौधों के अवशेष और पशु गोबर से विघटित जैविक पदार्थ जो मृदा में पोषक तत्वों की आपूर्ति करता है।)
ii. Manure (खाद):- Animal waste (cow dung, poultry litter, goat manure) that improves soil structure and nutrient content. 
[पशु अपशिष्ट (गाय का गोबर, मुर्गी की खाद, बकरी का गोबर) जो मृदा की संरचना और पोषक तत्वों को सुधारता है।]

Fortification of Organic Nutrient Resources (ऑर्गेनिक पोषक संसाधनों का संवर्धन):- Fortification involves enriching organic resources with additional nutrients to enhance their effectiveness. 
(संवर्धन का अर्थ है जैविक संसाधनों को अतिरिक्त पोषक तत्वों से समृद्ध करना ताकि उनकी प्रभावशीलता बढ़ सके।)
Methods (विधियाँ):-
i. Microbial Inoculation (सूक्ष्मजीवों का इन्कोक्यूलेशन):- Adding beneficial microbes (e.g., nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphorus-solubilizing fungi) to compost or manure.
[खाद या गोबर में लाभकारी सूक्ष्मजीवों (जैसे नाइट्रोजन-फिक्सिंग बैक्टीरिया, फास्फोरस-विलेयकारी कवक) को जोड़ना।]
ii. Mineral Fortification (खनिज संवर्धन):- Mixing rock phosphate, gypsum, or micronutrient powders into compost to balance nutrient composition.
(खाद में रॉक फास्फेट, जिप्सम या सूक्ष्म पोषक तत्वों के पाउडर को मिलाकर पोषक तत्वों का संतुलन बनाना।)

Benefits of Fortified Organic Nutrient Resources (संवर्धित जैविक पोषक संसाधनों के लाभ):-
> Improves soil fertility and microbial diversity.
(मृदा की उर्वरता और सूक्ष्मजीव विविधता में सुधार करता है।)
> Reduces reliance on chemical fertilizers.
(रासायनिक उर्वरकों पर निर्भरता को कम करता है।)
