Application technology for seeds, seedlings, tubers, sets etc. (बीज, पौध, कंद और सेट्स के लिए जैव उर्वरक अनुप्रयोग तकनीक):- Biofertilizer application involves using biological products containing living microorganisms that promote plant growth by increasing the availability of nutrients to crops. These biofertilizers are sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives to chemical fertilizers. 

(जैव उर्वरक का उपयोग उन जैविक उत्पादों के रूप में किया जाता है जिनमें जीवित सूक्ष्मजीव होते हैं, जो पौधों की वृद्धि को बढ़ावा देते हैं और पोषक तत्वों की उपलब्धता में सुधार करते हैं। यह रासायनिक उर्वरकों का एक पर्यावरण-अनुकूल और टिकाऊ विकल्प है।)

Seed Treatment (बीज उपचार):- Seed treatment with biofertilizers is a cost-effective and straightforward application method.

(बीज उपचार जैव उर्वरक के उपयोग का एक किफायती और सरल तरीका है।)

Steps (चरण):-

i. Preparation of Biofertilizer Slurry (जैव उर्वरक का घोल तैयार करना):-

> Mix the biofertilizer (e.g., Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum, or Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria) with water to form a slurry.

[जैव उर्वरक (जैसे राइजोबियम, एज़ोटोबैक्टर, एज़ोस्पाइरिलम, या फॉस्फेट-घुलनशील बैक्टीरिया) को पानी में मिलाकर घोल तैयार करें।]

> Typically, 200–250 grams of biofertilizer is mixed with 300–500 ml of water per 10 kg of seeds.

(आमतौर पर, 10 किग्रा बीज के लिए 200–250 ग्राम जैव उर्वरक को 300–500 मिली पानी में मिलाएं।)

ii. Coating Seeds (बीज पर कोटिंग करना):-

> Dip the seeds into the prepared slurry.

> Ensure all seeds are uniformly coated with the biofertilizer mixture.

(सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी बीज जैव उर्वरक मिश्रण से समान रूप से लेपित हों।)

iii. Drying (सुखाना):-

> Spread the treated seeds on a clean surface under shade to dry.

(उपचारित बीजों को छायादार स्थान पर सूखने के लिए फैला दें।)

> Avoid direct sunlight, which can harm the microorganisms.

(सीधे सूर्यप्रकाश से बचें, क्योंकि यह सूक्ष्मजीवों को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।)

iv. Sowing (बुवाई):- Sow the treated seeds immediately for the best results.

(बीज को तुरंत बोएं ताकि बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त हो सकें।)

Seedling Treatment (पौध उपचार):- Seedling treatment is commonly used for transplanted crops like rice, vegetables, and fruit plants.

(यह विधि रोपाई वाली फसलों जैसे धान, सब्जियां और फलों के पौधों के लिए उपयुक्त है।)

Steps (चरण):-

i. Preparation of Solution (घोल तैयार करना):- Mix the biofertilizer with water to prepare a solution (e.g., 1 kg of biofertilizer per 10 liters of water).

[जैव उर्वरक को पानी में मिलाकर घोल तैयार करें (जैसे, 1 किग्रा जैव उर्वरक 10 लीटर पानी में)।]

ii. Dipping Seedlings (पौध डुबोना):-

> Uproot the seedlings carefully without damaging the roots.

(पौधों को सावधानीपूर्वक उखाड़ें, जड़ों को नुकसान पहुंचाए बिना।)

> Dip the roots of the seedlings into the solution for 20–30 minutes.

(पौधों की जड़ों को 20–30 मिनट तक घोल में डुबोएं।)

iii. Transplanting (रोपण):- Transplant the treated seedlings into the main field immediately after treatment.

(उपचारित पौधों को तुरंत मुख्य खेत में रोपें।)

Tuber Treatment (कंद उपचार):- This method is suitable for crops like potato, yam, and sweet potato.

(यह विधि आलू, रतालू और शकरकंद जैसी फसलों के लिए उपयुक्त है।)

Steps (चरण):-

i. Preparation of Biofertilizer Slurry (जैव उर्वरक का घोल तैयार करना):- Mix the biofertilizer with water to form a thick slurry.

(जैव उर्वरक को पानी में मिलाकर गाढ़ा घोल तैयार करें।)

ii. Coating Tubers (कंद पर कोटिंग करना):- Dip or roll the tubers in the slurry to ensure complete coverage.

(कंद को घोल में डुबोएं या घोल में लपेटें ताकि यह अच्छी तरह लेपित हो जाए।)

iii. Drying (सुखाना):- Allow the treated tubers to dry in the shade.

(उपचारित कंदों को छायादार स्थान पर सूखने दें।)

iv. Planting (रोपण):- Plant the treated tubers as per standard practices.

(कंद को तुरंत खेत में लगाएं।)

Set Treatment (सेट उपचार):- This technique is used for crops like sugarcane, which involve planting sets.

(यह विधि गन्ना जैसी फसलों के लिए उपयोग की जाती है।)

Steps (चरण):-

i. Preparation of Solution (घोल तैयार करना):- Dissolve the biofertilizer in water (e.g., 1–2 kg of biofertilizer in 50–100 liters of water).

[जैव उर्वरक को पानी में घोलें (जैसे, 1–2 किग्रा जैव उर्वरक 50–100 लीटर पानी में)।]

ii. Dipping Sets (सेट्स को डुबोना):- Dip the sugarcane sets or other propagules into the solution for 15–20 minutes.

(गन्ने के सेट्स को 15–20 मिनट तक घोल में डुबोएं।)

iii. Planting (रोपण):- Plant the treated sets immediately to ensure effective colonization of beneficial microorganisms.
