Storage (ZECC, cold storage, CA, MA, and hypobaric) [स्टोरेज (ZECC, कोल्ड स्टोरेज, CA, MA, और हाइपोबैरिक)]:-
Zero Energy Cool Chamber (ZECC) (जीरो एनर्जी कूल चैंबर):-
Principle (सिद्धांत):- ZECC utilizes evaporative cooling to maintain lower temperatures without external power. 
(ZECC बाहरी शक्ति के बिना कम तापमान बनाए रखने के लिए वाष्पीकरण शीतलन का उपयोग करता है। )
Construction (निर्माण):- ZECC is typically constructed using bricks, sand, bamboo, and straw. 
(ZECC का निर्माण आमतौर पर ईंटों, रेत, बांस और पुआल का उपयोग करके किया जाता है।)
Working Mechanism (कार्य प्रणाली):- Water is added to the sand layer to maintain moisture, facilitating evaporation that cools the inner chamber. 
(नमी बनाए रखने के लिए रेत की परत में पानी डाला जाता है, जिससे वाष्पीकरण की सुविधा मिलती है जो आंतरिक कक्ष को ठंडा करता है।)

Cold Storage (कोल्ड स्टोरेज):-
Principle (सिद्धांत):- Cold storage systems use refrigeration units to maintain temperatures lower than the ambient temperature, effectively reducing microbial activity and prolonging the shelf life of perishable goods.
(कोल्ड स्टोरेज सिस्टम परिवेश के तापमान से कम तापमान बनाए रखने के लिए रेफ्रिजरेशन इकाइयों का उपयोग करते हैं, जिससे माइक्रोबियल गतिविधि प्रभावी रूप से कम हो जाती है और खराब होने वाले सामानों की शेल्फ लाइफ बढ़ जाती है।)
Construction (निर्माण):- Modern cold storage facilities are constructed with insulated walls, floors, and ceilings to minimize thermal losses. 
(आधुनिक कोल्ड स्टोरेज सुविधाओं का निर्माण थर्मल नुकसान को कम करने के लिए इन्सुलेटेड दीवारों, फर्श और छत के साथ किया जाता है।)
Working Mechanism (कार्य प्रणाली):- The refrigeration cycle involves the evaporation and condensation of a refrigerant to absorb and expel heat, thus maintaining a controlled temperature.
(रेफ्रिजरेशन चक्र में गर्मी को अवशोषित करने और बाहर निकालने के लिए रेफ्रिजरेंट का वाष्पीकरण और संघनन शामिल होता है, जिससे एक नियंत्रित तापमान बना रहता है।)

Controlled Atmosphere (CA) Storage [नियंत्रित वातावरण (CA) भंडारण]:-
Principle (सिद्धांत):- CA storage maintains specific levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen in a sealed environment to reduce the respiration rate of stored products.
(सीए भंडारण, संग्रहित उत्पादों की श्वसन दर को कम करने के लिए एक सीलबंद वातावरण में ऑक्सीजन, कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड और नाइट्रोजन के विशिष्ट स्तरों को बनाए रखता है।)
Construction (निर्माण):- CA storage facilities are airtight and equipped with gas monitoring and regulation systems to control the atmospheric composition.
(CA भंडारण सुविधाएँ वायुरोधी हैं और वायुमंडलीय संरचना को नियंत्रित करने के लिए गैस निगरानी और विनियमन प्रणालियों से सुसज्जित हैं।)
Working Mechanism (कार्य प्रणाली):- The atmosphere is adjusted by flushing the chamber with nitrogen or carbon dioxide and removing oxygen to create the desired gas composition.
(वांछित गैस संरचना बनाने के लिए नाइट्रोजन या कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड के साथ कक्ष को फ्लश करके और ऑक्सीजन को हटाकर वातावरण को समायोजित किया जाता है।)

Modified Atmosphere (MA) Storage [संशोधित वातावरण (MA) भंडारण]:-
Principle (सिद्धांत):- MA storage alters the atmospheric composition within the storage environment to slow down respiration and microbial growth.
(MA भंडारण श्वसन और सूक्ष्मजीव विकास को धीमा करने के लिए भंडारण वातावरण के भीतर वायुमंडलीय संरचना को बदलता है।)
Construction (निर्माण):- MA storage can involve the use of plastic films, bags, or containers that control gas exchange.
(MA भंडारण में प्लास्टिक की फिल्मों, बैग या कंटेनरों का उपयोग शामिल हो सकता है जो गैस विनिमय को नियंत्रित करते हैं।)
Working Mechanism (कार्य प्रणाली):- The atmosphere is modified by vacuum sealing or by introducing specific gas mixtures to reduce oxygen levels and increase carbon dioxide or nitrogen levels.
(ऑक्सीजन के स्तर को कम करने और कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड या नाइट्रोजन के स्तर को बढ़ाने के लिए वैक्यूम सीलिंग या विशिष्ट गैस मिश्रणों को पेश करके वातावरण को संशोधित किया जाता है।)

Hypobaric Storage (हाइपोबैरिक स्टोरेज):-
Principle (सिद्धांत):- Hypobaric storage reduces the atmospheric pressure and oxygen levels to slow down respiration and decay of perishable goods.
(हाइपोबैरिक स्टोरेज वायुमंडलीय दबाव और ऑक्सीजन के स्तर को कम करता है, जिससे श्वसन धीमा हो जाता है और खराब होने वाले सामान सड़ने लगते हैं।)
Construction (निर्माण):- These systems are airtight chambers equipped with vacuum pumps and pressure control units.
(ये सिस्टम वैक्यूम पंप और प्रेशर कंट्रोल यूनिट से लैस एयरटाइट चैंबर हैं।)
Working Mechanism (कार्य प्रणाली):- Air is partially removed to reduce pressure, lowering oxygen levels and slowing down metabolic processes in stored commodities.
(दबाव कम करने, ऑक्सीजन के स्तर को कम करने और संग्रहित वस्तुओं में चयापचय प्रक्रियाओं को धीमा करने के लिए हवा को आंशिक रूप से हटा दिया जाता है।)
