Tuberose under open conditions (खुले वातावरण में ट्यूबरोस):-

Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa) [ट्यूबरोज़ (पोलिएन्थेस ट्यूबरोसा)]:-

Types (प्रकार):-

i. Single (used for essential oil)

[सिंगल (आवश्यक तेल के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है)]

ii. Double (used for cut flowers and garlands)

[डबल (कटे हुए फूलों और मालाओं के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है)]

Climate & Season (जलवायु और मौसम):-

> Warm humid climate with moderate rainfall.

(मध्यम वर्षा के साथ गर्म आर्द्र जलवायु।)

Planting Time (रोपण समय):- February–March and July–August.

(फरवरी-मार्च और जुलाई-अगस्त।)

Soil Requirements (मिट्टी की आवश्यकताएं):-

> Fertile, well-drained loamy soil.

(उपजाऊ, अच्छी जल निकासी वाली दोमट मिट्टी।)

pH:- 6.5–7.5

Propagation (प्रवर्धन):-

> By bulbs (rooted tubers).

[कंद (जड़ वाले कंद) द्वारा।]

> Bulbs should be treated with fungicide before planting.

(रोपण से पहले कंद को कवकनाशी से उपचारित किया जाना चाहिए।)

Planting (रोपण):-

Spacing (अंतराल):- 30 × 20 cm

Depth (गहराई):- 4–6 cm

Manure and Fertilizers (खाद और उर्वरक):-

FYM:- 25–30 tons/ha

NPK:- 200:150:150 kg/ha

Irrigation (सिंचाई):-

> Immediately after planting.

(रोपण के तुरंत बाद।)

> Then at 7–10 day intervals.

(फिर 7–10 दिन के अंतराल पर।)

Intercultural Operations (अंतर-संवर्धन संचालन):-

> Weeding, hoeing, earthing up.

(निराई-गुड़ाई, गुड़ाई, मिट्टी चढ़ाना।)

> Removal of faded flowers.

(मुरझाए हुए फूलों को हटाना।)

Pests and Diseases (कीट और रोग):-

Pests (कीट):- Thrips, aphids, red spider mites.

(थ्रिप्स, एफिड्स, रेड स्पाइडर माइट्स।)

Diseases (रोग):- Leaf blotch, bud rot.

(पत्ती धब्बा, कली सड़ना।)

Harvesting (कटाई):-

For loose flowers (ढीले फूलों के लिए):- flowers harvested early morning.

(सुबह-सुबह फूलों की कटाई करें।)

For spikes (स्पाइक्स के लिए):- when lower 2–3 florets open.

(जब निचले 2-3 पुष्प खुलते हैं।)

Yield (उपज):-

Loose flowers (ढीले फूल):- 8–10 tons/ha

Cut spikes (काटे गए स्पाइक्स):- 2–2.5 lakh/ha
