1. Incomplete dominance:- When a cross is made between two pure parents, the character of both the parents mixed up to produce a new character in the offspring of the F1 generation. Due to which the phenotypic ratio changes in the F2 generation. This is called incomplete dominance. Example:- Colour of flowers in the following plants- i. Mirabilis jalapa (4 ‘O’ clock plant) ii. Antirrhinum majus (Dog flower or Snapdragon) In both the above plants there are 3 coloured flowers – i.  Red ii.  Pink iii.  White अपूर्ण प्रभाविता:- जब दो शुद्ध जनकों के मध्य क्रॉस कराते हैं तो F1 पीढ़ी की संततियों में दोनों जनकों के लक्षण मिलकर एक नया लक्षण उत्पन्न करते हैं। जिससे F2 पीढ़ी में लक्षण प्रारूप अनुपात परिवर्तित हो जाते हैं। इसे अपूर्ण प्रभाविता कहते हैं। उदाहरण:- निम्न पौधों में पुष्पों का रंग – i.
