OUTLINE NOTES Incubation, hatching and brooding ( ऊष्मायन, हैचिंग और ब्रूडिंग ):- Incubation ( ऊष्मायन):- Definition ( परिभाषा ):- Incubation is the process of keeping fertilized eggs under optimal conditions of temperature, humidity, and ventilation to ensure the development of the embryo until hatching. (अंडे सेने की प्रक्रिया में निषेचित अंडों को उचित तापमान, आर्द्रता और वेंटिलेशन की स्थितियों में रखा जाता है ताकि भ्रूण का विकास हो और सही समय पर चूजा अंडे से बाहर निकल सके।) Conditions Required for Incubation ( ऊष्मायन के लिए आवश्यक परिस्थितियाँ ):- i. Temperature ( तापमान ):- Around 99–100°F (37.5–38°C) for poultry eggs. [लगभग 99–100°F (37.5–38°C)।] ii. Humidity ( आर्द्रता ):- Should be 40–50% initially and increased to 65–75% during hatching.
